Frank Mancieri and gtGrowth are focused on helping owners of privately-held companies use their businesses to achieve their personal goals. Frank assists business owners in growing and building their wealth through business profitability, improvements in cash flow, and increases in business value. He also focuses on helping to plan for and guide business owners through the complex world of exit planning, as business owners contemplate their future transition.

Frank is a member of the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX-Boston); and, for the last ten years, has run his own practice as a partner with a national business advisory firm, focusing on New England businesses. He spent four years prior to this working as a business management consultant. Prior to that time, he worked for twenty years in various financial management roles for privately-held businesses. He has conducted a number of local and national presentations on growth planning and exit strategies.

Frank earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees at Bryant University. He is active in a number of business and civic organizations, including Pinnacle Equity Solutions, an organization focused on training and development in exit planning services; Exit Planning Exchange, where he serves on the Membership Committee.
