About Me (Company description, Biography, Services I provide):
By background I am a corporate finance and securities attorney. I spent a number of years as head of both legal and corporate development for a valuation firm and then a M&A shop. ShurGrowth, marries strategic planning with investment banking functions to aid our clients in meeting their growth and business continuity goals. We have a particular focus on working with family owned, closely held and family office held companies as we understand the interpersonal dynamics and challenges that can arise with ownership in those enterprises.
