I am a Fortune 500 Senior Business Development leader with extensive global experience leading billion dollar brands operating in Retail, Health Care Practice Management, Luxury, and Premium Fashion. I have a track record of transforming consumer centric environments that result in creating value for all constituents including building category leading brands, delivering double digit comp revenue/EBITDA growth, creating award winning cultures, and building industry recognized store designs.

In the last four years I launched an advisory firm “Grace Advisors – Retail” in Chicago, IL. We help Brands build consumer centric environments where strategic paths lead to creating value for all three of its constituents; Consumers, Shareholders, and Associates.
