Mr. Fullerton's transactions include: the strategic sale of Burton Medical, a leader in medical lighting products, to Philips; the $19 million strategic sale of Eaton Apothecary, a retail pharmacy chain, to Walgreen; the management-led buyout of Xaloy, the market leader in plastification systems, including raising equity and subordinate debt from Baird Capital Partners and Key Principal Partners; the $30 million strategic sale of Isolation Technologies, a leader in HPLC components, to IDEX; the recapitalization of Bartlett Nuclear; the $83 million strategic sale of Interface Systems, a pioneer in legacy to internet conversion technology; the strategic sale of Gulf Computers, an IT services firm, to HCL Technologies; the strategic sale of ComCept, a systems engineering contractor, to L-3 Communications; the management buy-in and financing of Corporate Lodging; the strategic sale of Phoenix Products, a lawn and garden consumer business, to H.I.G.-backed Easy Gardener; the strategic sale of Pioneer Cover-All to Wastequip, a DLJ Merchant Partners portfolio company; the strategic sale of Biopure Corporation to OPK Biotech; the strategic sale of The Best of Boston to BostonCoach, a Fidelity company; and the growth financing of Globalware Systems.
