Elevator speeches are meant to sell the value of your company. To plant seeds in the minds of the listener about why your company is unique.

If you have multiple markets, then you should have an elevator speech for each market. If you have different types of products, investors, customers, partners, etc then each should probably have a different business values elevator speech.
